Amarilys Morales, Owner & Clinical Director

Hi, I’m Amarilys Morales, the founder and clinical director of AMA Behavioral Consulting. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience in the field of ABA, supporting children and families in schools, homes, and the community. I started AMA nearly 8 years ago with a vision to create a heart-led, family-centered ABA practice rooted in excellence and integrity—not only for our clients, but also for the team who serves them.

I am passionate about building systems that uplift both our learners and our therapists—whether that means jumping into a session myself, crafting onboarding flows for new RBTs, or helping families advocate for their child’s needs with confidence and clarity. As a mom of a busy toddler and a small business owner, I understand the juggle and the joy of being deeply present for both family and mission-driven work.

Fun Fact About Me: When I’m not working, you’ll find me either lost in the mountains or on the dance floor 💃🏼

What I love most about AMA: We’re not just a company—we’re a team, we’re a community, and we’re a movement. Every decision we make is rooted in real relationships, real impact, and a shared commitment to doing the right thing, even when it’s hard.

How I live our values: I believe in showing up fully—for our families, our learners, and our team. That means honest conversations, transparent systems, celebrating small wins, and holding space for growth and feedback. At AMA, we listen, we care, we communicate, and we serve—and that starts with me.

Trevor Lint, BCBA

Hi! I’m Trevor, a BCBA here at AMA Behavioral Consulting. I’ve been in the field of ABA for 6 years. My favorite part of being an analyst is being able to impact the lives of our clients and families for the better.

I strive to create programs that increase independence and believe strongly in working myself out of a job when the family no longer needs my assistance.

Fun Fact About Me: My favorite activity outside of work is attending sporting events

What I love most about AMA: Our focus on doing things the right way and ensuring the appropriate training procedures for all staff and families.

How I live our values: I try my best to be the best representation of the company I can be by doing my everything that I can for the families we serve, ensuring I am adhering to the ethical code, and being in the field for the right reasons with wanting to help others.
